Rental Qualification

Top Tier Rydez rents vehicles exclusively to qualified gig drivers (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Instacart). All applicants must:
    •    Be at least 21 years old
    •    Have a valid U.S. driver’s license
    •    Show proof of active gig driving status
    •    Provide proof of recent income from gig platforms
    •    Pass a license status check and background screening

Submitting a form does not guarantee approval or vehicle availability.

SMS Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS communications from Top Tier Rydez. These may include:
    •    Application updates
    •    Rental confirmations
    •    Reminders and account alerts
    •    Promotional messages (optional)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Data Use & Privacy

We collect your information to determine rental eligibility and manage customer relationships. Your data will never be sold or shared without your consent.

Payment & Fees

Rental terms, rates, deposits, tolls, and fees will be clearly communicated before rental. All payments must be made on time as outlined in your rental agreement.

Vehicle Use Policy

Vehicles must be used strictly for gig work. Any unauthorized use, reckless driving, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the rental and potential legal action.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
